To best meet the needs in our community, rather that give out our own scholarships each year, the Charlestown Mothers Association will be partnering with other organizations in the neighborhood with established scholarship programs that align with our mission and goals for supporting Charlestown students pursuing higher educational opportunities. Additionally, recognizing the incredible demand for the support these financial gifts offer, we will be spotlighting the many other scholarship opportunities available to local students here on our website.

Boston Autoport Scholarship

A one-time $5,000 scholarship. Please find the criteria sheet for the Autoport Scholarship here. All submissions are due to me by Friday, May 12th.

Massport also offers several scholarship opportunities for local students. You can find more information on each of those scholarships here. Please note that the Massport scholarship deadline is Friday, April 28th.

Ryan Morrissey Memorial

The Friends of Ryan “Duce” Morrissey Scholarship Fund was established to honor Ryan “Duce”  Morrissey and to give back to the community that he loved. Their aim is to keep Ryan’s memory alive while helping other students achieve their education goals by easing some of the financial burden.
